Since the inception of the South-Western City Schools Educational Foundation in 1988, more than half a million dollars has been distributed to support innovative educational programs through education grants for SWCS and to recognize excellence in achievement through SWCS student scholarships. View Teacher Grant Summaries from 2010-2011 The SWCS Educational Foundation hopes to promote academic enrichment and excellence in South-Western City Schools by funding Education Grants to support innovative projects and activities. Education Grants are available to all South-Western City School educators that provide complete project or activity plans with an intent to reinforce and/or enhance school and district-wide curriculum plans.
